About Us
GlenForest Consulting was founded in July of 2001. It was our desire to
change the way IT consulting services were being provided. We felt that
customer service was non-existent and we wanted to change that.
Our Goals
We have three goals on any project we work on: Security, Quality and Cost.
Security
At GlenForest Consulting we believe the security of your Information Systems
is as important as the security of your office. We take special care to ensure
that the solutions we design for you are secure both in design and
implementation.
Unlike dedicated computer security firms, our consultants work with the
products that we deploy, day-in and day-out. Coupled with the intense
security training that our consultants receive, GlenForest can deliver a
more secure and effective solution for your business than any other
firm out there.
Quality
We take great pride in the work we do for you. Our consultants are constantly
learning to use new products and techniques that might help make your life
easier. Our engineers are always working out new and more effective solutions
to meet your business needs. If for any reason you feel that we have not
provided you with superior service, let us know and we will go out of our way
to set things right.
Cost
Running a successful IT department has always been a delicate balancing act
between costs and quality. At GlenForest we know just how expensive
Information Technology can be. To help you keep costs under control we
work with you in three ways:

on your company at the same time it helps to keep costs down.

Finally, we evaluate a variety of products to determine which product will
best meet your needs. In many cases, Free-Software products are as good,
or better, than commercially available products and yet cost nothing to use.
At GlenForest we do not blindly use a particular company's products, nor do
we try to use one product for every situation. For each project we look for
the product which gives you the best value for your money.
