This web site makes heavy use of Cascading Style Sheets or CSS. CSS allows us to create a uniform web site that is easily modified and updated. Unfortunately, Netscape Browsers before version 6 have an incomplete and incorrect implementation of CSS version 1. These flaws in the browser cause this page to become unreadable when viewed with Netscape.

If you need to view this page, and the only browser you have available is Netscape, you can do so by turning off javascript and style sheets. Although this completely changes the formatting of the page, it is the only way to make the page readable under Netscape.
